Loch Lomond Hills Condominium Homeowners Association

Board of Directors

The Loch Lomond Hills Condominium Homeowners Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the homeowners. The Board is responsible for overseeing the management of the community, protecting property values, and ensuring the Association operates in accordance with its governing documents and Ohio law.

Board members serve the community by:

  • Providing oversight of the Association’s finances and budgets

  • Maintaining common areas and infrastructure

  • Enforcing the governing documents fairly and consistently

  • Communicating openly with homeowners

  • Planning for the long-term health and stability of the community

The Board works on behalf of all homeowners, making decisions with transparency, responsibility, and the best interests of the community in mind.
