HOA Committees

HOA Committees — Volunteer Opportunities

The Board of Directors is forming several committees to help guide important areas of our community. Committees are advisory, meaning they review information and make recommendations to the Board.

We would like at least one non-Board homeowner to serve on every committee.
Resident participation helps ensure openness, transparency, and a variety of viewpoints.

Committees now forming

  • Architectural Review Committee (ARC) – Reviews exterior modification requests

  • Landscape & Grounds Committee – Common-area landscaping and appearance

  • Maintenance & Infrastructure Committee – Roads, drainage, lighting, signage, repairs

  • Finance & Budget Committee – Budget review, reserves, and long-range planning

  • Developer Relations & Community Completion Committee – Unfinished development items and developer/builder coordination

  • Welcome & Social Committee – Welcoming new residents and simple gatherings

  • Website & Communications Committee – Website updates and community communication
